The art of web design?:
Simplicity. Nothing winds up an Internet user more than a web site that takes ages to download because of some flash graphics or sound, especially if it is not essential to the site. Primarily your site should be quick to download.
Design I. The layout of your web site should be intuitive and easy to get around. The information needs to quickly accessible and your client or prospective client will not stay long if your web site is cluttered or full of errors and glitches.
Design II. Colour schemes are important. You wouldn't go in a shop with bright fluorescent coloured walls if you were looking for a pharmacist. Alternatively you wouldn't go in to a trendy coffee bar if it had dreary colour or out of date decor. We will help to find the right colour scheme for you.
Design III. Branding is also important. You probably have a logo and a corporate colour scheme and this will be extensively echoed throughout your web site reinforcing your image. We are also able to design a logo for you and help you to establish your own brand.
Good content. The content is everything. The content is your business - we will present your content to the highest standards. You get to have as much or as little input as you desire.
Good Marketing. If you could choose between a swish trendy Restaurant, or a homely Restaurant full of hungry people which would make the best business sense? Your web site is a wasted investment unless it is visited and is visited by eager customers.
Optimization. To obtain a high ranking on the search engines a web site should be structured to allow easy indexing of the web pages and should include carefully placed keywords or phrases that would identify the site to someone looking for it. Generally you should allow 1 site for each specialist area you have as diversification can compromise your search engine positioning.
